Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects or other design/editing-related tools.

• Create or Edit digital media creatives for social media posts, banners, blog images, ads, infographics etc.

• Design and Create unique and interactive visual content (Images, Videos) according to the guidelines and instructions.

• Create or Edit short videos/images for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook Ads, Reels, Stories etc.

• Edit raw footage content for producing video.

• Edit work including inserting music, sound effects, colour, storyboarding, etc

• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each video & graphic.

• Colour grading, Background removal, motion, and so related tasks.

• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.

• Provide creative inputs on the visuals, social media posts, and campaigns.

• Research and analyse trending content standards to reach the specific target audience and maximize efficiency.

• Any other related task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirments:

• Deeply passionate about graphics design & video editing.

• Participate in brainstorming that leads to lucrative ideas.

• Skilled in handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Must possess a can-do attitude.

• English efficiency is preferable.

Educational Requirments:

Educational qualifications will be relaxed for a good video editor & graphics designer.

Salary Range:

Tk. 30,000/- to Tk. 60,000/- (Based on Skill)
