I’ve always appreciated Hatil’s approach to making furniture with multiple uses. For example, I previously bought one of their end-of-bed benches that also doubled as storage, and it was fantastic. This time, I went to purchase the Hatil TV Cabinet Barnum, which looked great in their catalog. Unfortunately, the customer service experience at the Gulshan-2 showroom was very poor. The showroom was uncomfortably hot as the AC was not turned on. The manager, Ruhul Amin, remained on the phone the entire time I was there, having an inappropriate personal conversation about a court case. He did not greet me, make eye contact, or offer any assistance, even though I was making a purchase worth more than 50,000 taka. After a while, he simply left the reception area and sat on one of the display sofas, making me feel like I was disturbing him. Hatil’s furniture design continues to impress me, but the service at this branch was extremely disappointing. If Hatil wants to maintain its reputation, the quality of customer service—especially from showroom managers—needs urgent improvement.

Worst experience. That bed was broken thrice during the warranty period. But they couldn't fix it. The mattress quality is even worse. It became thinner and lost its shape within 2 years from purchase date. I lost all respect from the Hatil product.

Very poor customer service, They were reluctant to answer the questions and made objectionable statements. We didn't expect such I'll manner from a reputed furniture company.

I am a regular customer of HATIL and really like their design and collections. Apart from that they do offer some good discounts and they also deliver to your house and can exchange if the product is not right.Thats a really good thing. According to my experience they are very good and service also. I love shopping from HATIL Gulshan.
