Billing Terms and Conditions

Delivery Delay
Delivery date may change for any unavoidable circumstances or covid-19 lockdown.

Fitting
For Knockdown furniture fitter man will go next day after delivery.

Mode of Payment
Please make payment using your Credit/Debit Card of the banks we have partnered with. Please check before you pay.

Order Change
Set Order can be changed within 3 days but set broken order cannot be changed.

Exchange
Furniture can be exchanged in good condition within 3 days with 5% service charge. It is not applicable for customized, set broken and fabric product.

Return-Refund Policy
Furniture can be returned in good condition within 3 days and money can be refunded with 10% service charge. It is not applicable for customized, set broken and fabric product.

Warranty
1 year free service Warranty for any manufacturing fault. No warranty/guaranty for glass, fabric and rexin.

Product Development
Product development is a continuous process and thus there could be minor changes in different versions of the product. This will not affect the functional utility of the product.

Delay Penalty
HATIL will pay delay penalty valuing 0.5% of the value of the goods per week if the delivery is not done within standard deadline. However, there will be 15 days buffer before any such penalty is applied.

Inventory Holding Cost
The customer will pay inventory holding cost valuing 0.5% of the value of the goods per week if the customer doesn't take delivery of the completed goods. However, there will be 15 days buffer before any such cost becomes due.
